Ofice participates in the research project PROPAN: OBTAINING INNOVATIVE BAKING PRODUCTS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BAKING YEAST AND HIGH QUALITY LINES OF THE NEW TRITORDEUM CEREAL, to obtain new yeasts with good desirable properties in baking. This project has been supported by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, in accordance with the provisions of article 31 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of 21 July.
