Sending of Samples:

To send samples to our laboratory, it is very important that you make sure you follow the steps indicated and with the required information.

On our website you can find all the information about the different types of analysis and services we can offer, whether it is for the Pharmaceutical as for Agri-Food. The amount of sample required for the analysis depends on the characteristics of the sample, the number of analyses to be determined and the type of analysis to be performed.

The sample must be sent in a correctly identified container.

Depending on the type of test, a specific quantity is required, and it is advisable to send sufficient quantity for a possible repetition of the requested analyses.

  • The storage conditions of the sample must be correctly identified in the request for analysis.
  • The samples must contain all the necessary information, according to the necessary requirements, in order for OFICE to perform the requested analytical controls;

Once the sample has been received at OFICE, the sample will be registered by computer, and we will contact you for any questions or clarifications that may arise. The requested analyses shall then be carried out according to the requirements of the sample.

The information on each sample that OFICE analyses will be documented in a Test Report, which will indicate the results of the analyses and the methods applied for such analyses. This test report will be sent by mail within the deadline established in OFICE’s procedures or, if applicable, those agreed by both parties;
